Để giảm bớt thủ tục hành chính không cần thiết thì Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định 122/2020/NĐ-CP Quy định phối hợp, liên thông thủ tục đăng ký thành lập doanh nghiệp giữa các cơ quan nhà nước có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 5 tháng 10 năm 2020
Theo đó thì doanh nghiệp sẽ không cần phải báo cáo tình hình thay đổi lao động định kỳ 6 tháng (trước ngày 5 tháng 6) và hằng năm (trước ngày 5 tháng 12) nếu doanh nghiệp đã thực hiện đăng ký “Thủ tục liên thông đăng ký điều chỉnh đóng BHXH bắt buộc, BHYT, BHTN và báo cáo tình hình sử dụng lao động” trên cổng dịch vụ công quốc gia. Vì khi doanh nghiệp thực hiện đăng ký thủ tục này thì thông tin báo cáo lao động sẽ được tự động gửi dựa vào thông tin lao động doanh nghiệp lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu BHXH mà doanh nghiệp đã khai báo và cơ quan báo cáo lao động mà đơn vị đã chọn ở trên.
Bước 1: Doanh nghiệp lên trang https://dichvucong.gov.vn/ vào mục Thông tin dịch vụ chọn Doanh nghiệp và chọn “Thủ tục liên thông đăng ký điều chỉnh đóng BHXH bắt buộc, BHYT, BHTN và báo cáo tình hình sử dụng lao động”.
Bước 2: lựa chọn sở lao động thương binh xã hội mà doanh nghiệp muốn báo cáo
Bước 3: bấm Đăng ký sẽ trả kết quả như sau
